Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to lead a team in Dubai. As an Interior Designer, you will work on designing innovative and functional interior spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects, from concept to execution.Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create interior design concepts that align with the client’s needs and vision. Develop layout plans, color schemes, and material selections.Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to understand their requirements and present design ideas, mood boards, and 3D renderings.Space Planning: Maximize the functionality and aesthetic appeal of spaces while adhering to local regulations, budgets, and timelines.Material and Furniture Selection: Source and recommend furniture, fixtures, and finishes that match the design vision and budget.Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of design elements.3D Visualizations: Produce 3D models and renders to present design concepts to clients for approval.Budget Management: Monitor project costs and ensure designs remain within budget constraints.Team Leadership: Grow, mentor, and manage a team of interior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure design excellence and project efficiency.Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring that design processes and workflows are efficiently executed across all stages of the project.Talent Development: Identify and nurture the potential of junior designers, helping them build skills and advance in their careers.Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, products, and technologies in interior design.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to grow and lead a team.Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented approach to design.Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.Preferred Skills: Experience in hospitality, retail, or luxury residential design.Familiarity with sustainable design practices and eco-friendly materials.Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Opportunities for career growth and development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Work with high-end and diverse projects.To apply, please send your CV and portfolio to careers@rmjmd3.com .
