Logistics Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities Meet new & prospective clients, understand client requirements, prepare quotations, follow up and conclude orders.Single point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.Engage and co-ordinate with clients, keep track of clients’ delivery requirements, number of trips, manage schedules of trip vehicles, ensure customers’ requirements are met.Manage the complete documentation related to trips, manage expenses and work with all stakeholders to resolve all delivery issues while adhering to client deadlines.Manage the movement of products/equipments/materials as per client requirements and in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law process.Improve the delivery process by keeping the company’s interest in mind, cutting/avoiding unnecessary expenses, implementing process improvements.Maintain and update the transport registry with daily trips, driver/vehicle information, trip start-end time, trip duration, fuel (expense, utilization, balance, trip starting/ending fuel level), trip expense, trip money for driver etc.Create and submit monthly trip summary report to the management.Requirements3-5 years’ experience in transport and logistics field in a similar position.Valid UAE Driving license.Excellent communication skills in English. Additional languages are an advantage.Ability to lead and handle the entire co-ordination without guidance.Strong leadership and proven decision-making skills.Knowledge of MS Excel.Please apply only if you have logistics experience and a UAE driving license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
