Responsibilities include investigations, pipeline valves, rising main construction supervision, and monitoring of design and infrastructure work. The role is based in Dubai.Responsibilities Technical Delivery Assist the Resident Engineer in managing daily construction activities, interacting with contractors and laboratories, and monitoring work progress.Coordinate with government departments, contractors, and consultants to facilitate progress and avoid delays.Maintain logs of project progress, handovers, and final accounts.Organize and chair progress meetings with authorities and project teams.Review shop drawings, design proposals, and method statements, and prepare related reports.Assist in preparing instructions, specifications, and cost estimates.Coordinate scheduling and resource application with contractor engineers.Supervise inspectors and surveyors, review and approve design documents and construction plans.Prepare progress reports and maintain records, including as-built and handover documentation.Identify non-conforming works, generate reports, and coordinate corrective actions.Client Service Management Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.Experience in utility diversions and management is preferred.Safety and Compliance Follow safe work practices and adhere to company policies.Design with safety considerations, including Construction Design Management.Other Duties Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by the Resident Engineer.Qualifications The candidate must have an engineering degree from a recognized university and at least 10 years of experience in design, construction, and supervision of sewerage, drainage, and irrigation networks in Dubai. Knowledge of emergency works, public coordination, and familiarity with Dubai's networks are essential. Proficiency in drafting programs, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and excellent communication skills in English are required.
