They are currently growing their team specifically for one of their elevated dining concepts expanding this year thus now in search for a Head of Operations.Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of service, food quality, and guest experience.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and brand standards.Lead and mentor general managers and staff to uphold exceptional service and operational excellence.Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance to meet business goals.Spearhead business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for expansion and leading the successful launch of new locations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing, supply chain, and customer engagement strategies.Extensive experience in restaurant operations and multi-store management within the premium dining or hospitality sector.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and optimize performance.Background in business development, site sourcing, expansion strategies, and new store openings.Financial acumen and experience in P&L management.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
