A prominent and fast-evolving Abu Dhabi based organisation engaged in high-impact, regulated, and growth-focused sectors.Oversee all UAE legal operations, including labour law, corporate governance, trade licensing, and regulatory compliance.Provide legal support on procurement, contract drafting and review, and vendor agreements.Advise senior stakeholders on legal risk, policy development, and strategic initiatives.Lead and mentor a team while aligning legal priorities with business objectives.Deliver executive-level presentations and policy papers with refined and polished communication.9-15+ years PQE with significant UAE in-house legal experience.Deep knowledge of UAE labour law, company formation, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.Experience in a blue-chip environment such as a multinational corporation, government-related entity, or top-tier private institution.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, confident presenting to senior leadership and board-level audiences.Proven ability to handle both operational legal work and strategic advisory responsibilities.Qualified solicitor or legal professional with a strong academic background. #J-18808-Ljbffr
