Learn and manage the lifecycle of a flow transaction, including closing deals, booking, and completing pre- and post-deal formalities. Partner with FIC Trading and Structuring, as well as other Sales colleagues within the team and organization, to increase market share with clients. Support the desk on active internal and sales initiatives. Assist in onboarding new client relationships/funds, working with Case Management, Credit, and Legal. Your skills and experience : Extensive knowledge of Fx, Rates, Commodities & Fixed Income markets and developing skills in structured products. Focus on deliverables and willingness to put in the required sales effort to help the desk grow the flow business. Good local market knowledge. An understanding of macroeconomic developments and their implications for sophisticated investors. Extensive experience covering clients, preferably institutional. Entrepreneurial skills to prioritize resources for maximum outcome and value for clients. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to navigate complex organizations. Advanced quantitative skills with the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess implications for client needs. Driven and dedicated to team success.
