Multi Technician with UAE Driving License

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Technician to join our team in the facility management and home maintenance sector. The Multi-Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.The Multi-Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all facility systems and equipment, as well as providing general maintenance and repair services to the facility/home. They will monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues and take necessary action to rectify them. They will also be in charge of ordering and managing necessary materials and supplies for repairs, as well as performing preventative maintenance on all equipment.Responsibilities: Diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of technical problems in the facility management/home maintenance division.Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring all service requests are completed promptly and accurately.Performing preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are functioning properly.Installing, repairing, and replacing a variety of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Conducting inspections of the facility/homes and making recommendations for repairs and upgrades. #J-18808-Ljbffr
