MEP MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITY Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality. Requirements: UAE Driving License. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. SKILLS Good knowledge of troubleshooting and solving client complaints. Maintenance experience in HVAC, electricity, and plumbing. High School Diploma/Bachelor's or equivalent qualification. Certification for HVAC, building maintenance technology, electrician, and any relevant field is preferred. In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems. Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques. Detail-oriented. Ability to work under pressure.
