UK‑based product company, industry Saa S field service management, company size 450‑500 people with offices in Pakistan, Vietnam, and UK. Job location: 5th Floor, The Enterprise Building, Multan Rd, Eden Value Homes, Lahore, Pakistan. Office hours Monday to Friday (12: 00 PM – 8: 30 PAK Time).
About the role
Sales Development Representative is the first touchpoint for potential customers. You will develop sales by uncovering potential customers whose businesses could benefit and grow using Joblogic software and create new qualified sales opportunities. Your work ensures quality leads to the business and streamlines the sales pipeline.
Comprehensive training on Joblogic software and the sales process will enable you to confidently make outbound calls, chats, and emails to prospective customers to book them for a software demonstration.
What your main focus will be
Make outbound calls, do outreach on Linked In, and send emails to prospects to raise brand awareness and build relationships with business leaders and decision‑makers to book software demonstrations.
Manage the leads pipeline efficiently and accurately and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of lead interactions and communications.
Initiate meaningful conversations with cold leads.
Introduce Joblogic software, highlighting its features comprehensively.
Qualify leads and schedule demos for the sales team.
What you bring
Minimum of 2 years B2B experience in a Saa S‑based organization, preferably within the service management industry.
Proficiency in utilizing SDR tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator and other relevant sales generation platforms.
Ability to learn a comprehensive software platform quickly and keep up to date with it.
Strong relationship‑building skills with prospective customers.
Goal‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
International work/project/campaign experience, especially in the UK and Ireland.
Excellent communication skills in British English, both verbal and written.
Ability to deliver high‑quality work and timely follow‑ups.
Capacity to prioritize tasks based on business objectives.
Self‑management skills with flexibility to work within UK time zone.
Willingness to work in rotational shift patterns as per business needs.
Nice to have
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Productivity Apps.
Knowledge of using Active Campaign or other CRM Databases.
Previous experience in an inbound / outbound sales and lead generation role.
Interest / knowledge of IT, ERP, Software Implementation.
General knowledge of the Trades Industry, such as Heating, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Security etc.
