We are looking for a highly experienced individual with a proven track record in managing construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities: - Manage the overall construction process from start to finish.- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.- Monitor progress and quality of work on site.- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues they may have.- Manage project budget and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial targets are met.Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Excellent communication skills in English (basic proficiency required).- Biometric passport required for international travel if necessary.This is an urgent contract position without accommodation provided.
