Construction Manager vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAEConstruction Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from conception to completion- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects- Monitor progress and performance of construction teams to ensure quality workmanship- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations- Excellent project management skills- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings- Strong leadership and communication skills- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)- Must be able to work full time without accommodation If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in construction management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
