Offshore Cable Installation Specialist

Cable Laying Team Lead We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cable Laying Team Lead to join our offshore EPC/EPCI projects across various international locations.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate offshore cable laying operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with project specifications.Collaborate closely with project engineers, vessel crew, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality standards.Monitor installation activities including prelay surveys, pullins, terminations, and testing, providing timely feedback for improvements.Support interface management across disciplines and contractors, fostering effective communication and collaboration.Requirements: Minimum 10 years of offshore Oil & Gas industry experience, preferably in cable laying and related construction activities.Proven track record of leadership and technical expertise in offshore environments, with a strong focus on safety and quality.Strong knowledge of EPCI project environments, international offshore standards, and relevant regulations.
