Job Title: Building Management Systems Coordinator We are seeking a highly skilled Building Management Systems (BMS) Coordinator to join our team. As a BMS Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our building management systems.Job Description: The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our BMS. This includes monitoring system performance, performing routine checks and maintenance tasks, and resolving any issues that may arise.You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all plant activities are properly controlled and monitored. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing scheduled maintenance plans and ensuring their timely implementation;Analyzing system behavior and adjusting control parameters as needed;Performing daily audits of system performance, including data logging and alarm management;Diagnosing system failures, analyzing problems, and recommending remedial actions;Using logged data to review systems and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in BMS or mechanical engineering, with previous experience in a similar position.
