Optical Account Manager As the primary point of contact for optical channel matters in your territory, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers across your account portfolio.Lead all aspects of customer account management, including negotiating annual contracts and following up on customer performance quarterly and annually.Communicate Johnson & Johnson's quarterly plan of actions with customers in assigned territory in a timely manner.Inform customers about new products or promotions relevant to their needs or preferences.Key Responsibilities: Planning calls to clients (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) considering client development tasks in Salesforce.Filling visit data in Salesforce or reporting format.Participating in business planning for entrusted territory.Maintenance and development of necessary knowledge and abilities level.Collaboration with Account Managers for sales skills improvement and overall work effectiveness.Availability control of resources necessary for objective accomplishment by team.Reporting Requirements: Timely and complete submission of calls on Salesforce.Regular update of POA cycle plan and segmentation as aligned with line manager.Providing other types of reporting and current operational information according to instructions.Essential Functions: Providing excellent customer service to customers and sales team through internal and external communication.Meeting defined department goals and objectives.Demonstrating excellent communication skills, including clear speaking voice and friendly rapport with customers.Requirements: University degree in Optometry or Pharmaceutical Science preferred.Minimum 2 years of relevant Account Management experience.Experience in the optical industry is preferred.Language: English and Arabic is required.Other Job Specific Skills: Self-motivated and able to work independently yet ask for guidance when needed.Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales with patience and persistence.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and acquaintance.Strong communication and presentation skills.
