B2B Account Management is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. As a B2B Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our business-to-business clients.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of client needs and be able to implement strategic plans to satisfy them. They must be effective communicators, capable of understanding the nuances of our offerings and translating these into tangible benefits for our clients.Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with business clients.Oversee assigned client accounts to ensure high satisfaction.Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters.Anticipate client needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations.Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate client requirements and projects.Monitor account performance metrics and report to clients.Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.Deliver solutions according to client needs.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.Maintain knowledge of products, solutions, and industry trends.Evaluate client feedback for continuous service improvements.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Proven experience as a B2B Account Manager or similar role.Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships.Ability to act as a consultant and identify client-specific solutions.Experience delivering client-focused solutions.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized with time management and multitasking abilities.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and leadership levels.Result-driven mindset with a focus on client success.Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
