Rental Car Sales Manager Drive business growth by spearheading sales initiatives and fostering customer relationships as a Rental Car Sales Manager. This strategic role demands expertise in sales, leadership, and exceptional customer service skills.About the Role: Create and execute effective sales strategies to drive rental car sales expansion.Lead and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching when needed.Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the market to boost revenue.Built strong connections with existing and prospective clients through regular communication.Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to meet evolving customer needs.Maintain performance evaluation of the sales team and provide actionable feedback for improvement.Develop and present regular sales reports to senior management highlighting achievements and areas for development.Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling promotional campaigns that enhance sales effectiveness.Evaluate sales team adherence to compliance and quality standards to maintain exceptional customer experiences.Manage the rental car inventory to ensure it meets the requirements of our diverse customer base.Resolve escalated customer complaints efficiently and professionally to uphold customer satisfaction.Coordinate efforts across departments to align sales activities with operational goals.Requirements: Degree in Business Administration or related field.A minimum of five years' experience in a sales management position, preferably in the automotive sector.Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets and driving sales growth.Strong leadership abilities with capacity to motivate and manage sales teams effectively.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analytics.Able to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.We are an Equal Opportunities Employer Please note: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to connect job seekers with employers.
