Senior Content Business Planner

MBC Group is the largest owner and operator of satellite TV and radio networks, VOD, and digital services, based in Diplomatic Quarter, Riyadh. It broadcasts a portfolio of Arabic and Western entertainment channels as well as managing the Al Arabiya news channel. In addition, MBC Group owns and operates Shahid: the world’s leading Arabic VOD and SVOD streaming platform by MBC GROUP, offering premium content to Arab families, including binge worthy exclusive Shahid Original Series; Shahid Premieres; Arabic movies fresh off the box-office; live TV channels in true HD quality.Responsibilities: Shape and execute planning strategies for FAST channels and short-form content, balancing audience needs with platform goals and monetization models.Build content plans that optimize for high First Watch and Value Hours impact. Use performance data and platform metrics to guide volume, pacing, and content types.Identify shortfalls in the content slate—especially for short-form, youth-focused, and FAST formats—and propose solutions backed by market insights and data.Work with finance and analytics to support title-level forecasting, cost-to-value analysis, and target setting. Contribute to annual and quarterly planning cycles with clear, data-backed volume and budget recommendations.Partner closely with Content, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure aligned planning.
