Inspection and Certification Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Certification and Inspection Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.As a Certification and Inspection Technician, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive visual inspections, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Magnetic Rope Testing (MRT) of our equipment and client assets. You will also commission and operate spooling winches and associated equipment, ensuring all operations are performed within established safety and operational standards.This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be supported by our experienced Operations Department and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and growing company.Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive visual inspections of rental fleet and lifting equipment Perform NDT on rental fleet equipment to ensure integrity and compliance Commission and operate spooling winches and associated equipment Maintain and update the Motive online certification database accurately Assist with general workshop duties as and when required Support tasks including spooling, inspection, and socketing of wire ropes Requirements F fluent in spoken and written English Educated to a proficient standard Experience operating machinery Ability to manage and prioritize workload Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Self-motivated Good communication skills Non-destructive testing certification LEEA Lifting equipment inspection certification Offshore survival & medical (will be provided)Rope access certification (will be provided)Eddy current inspection (will be provided)Benefits30 days holiday per annum Long Service Awards Employee Referral Scheme Regular Team Building Events Paid Volunteer Days What We Offer We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
