Job Summary: A highly skilled Power Generation Service Specialist is required to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of power generation equipment. This role involves working on various types of power generators, identifying technical problems, and implementing effective solutions.Key Responsibilities: Inspect, diagnose, and repair power generation equipment quickly and efficiently.Perform routine maintenance according to service schedules and technical manuals.Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and performed services.Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations consistently.Test and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in generators.Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service operations.Use technical manuals and schematics to understand equipment specifications.Respond promptly to emergency service calls with a commitment to quality.Adjust and calibrate settings on generators to maintain optimal performance.Assist in training new technicians on processes and best practices.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.Minimum of two years experience in power generation equipment service.Strong mechanical skills and experience with engine components is required.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics accurately.Flexible work schedule, including availability for on-call work hours.Familiarity with tools and equipment relevant to the power generation field.Excellent communication skills with a focus on strong customer service.Keyword: Generator
