Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Platform Director Mental Health to lead the launch and growth of our mental health platform in Abu Dhabi, UAE. With a strong focus on partnership-driven solutions, they will collaborate with healthcare providers, regulators, and tech partners to build a robust health-tech ecosystem.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the platform's vision, driving launch and ecosystem development across the META region.Establish operational frameworks and methodologies to scale the platform, overseeing startup and research project portfolios.Lead and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to support platform goals.Collaborate with healthcare providers, regulators, and tech partners to build a robust health-tech ecosystem.Represent the platform to external stakeholders, including regulators and industry leaders, to drive partnerships and market adoption.Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
