Job Title: Director of Engineering This is a key role in the engineering team, responsible for leading and directing the technical vision and execution of AI-driven health-tech solutions.The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in technology, able to drive innovation and lead a diverse team of engineers.Key Responsibilities: Lead a diverse engineering team to drive innovation in AI-driven health-tech solutions.Oversee the development and deployment of AI-driven health-tech solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of health interoperability, data utilization, and patient engagement solutions.Leverage trending technologies (e.g., AI frameworks, cloud platforms) to develop scalable, secure solutions.Ensure solutions meet UAE health regulations, prioritizing data privacy and real-time processing.Partner with healthcare providers, regulators, and tech firms to align technical solutions with clinical and operational needs.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
