Designer of Immersive Experiences

Game Design Position We are seeking a highly motivated Game Designer to join our team in the creation and support of live service free-to-play games.Main Responsibilities: Create and validate design documents, game balance, core systems and features, prototypes, UI flows, and strategic and meta gameplay Integrate assets, provide detailed feedback, and take a hands-on approach to testing, balance, and gameplay Review and balance implemented features and systems for quality and adherence to the project's design and business goals Work with technical, art, audio, and production leads to realize the game design vision in a timely manner Collaborate with the design team to iterate and evolve project features, gameplay, and balance on a consistent basis Interact with the game's community to understand their needs and return their passion and support Enhance knowledge of mobile F2P development methodologies and best practices Motivate and inspire others to generate new ideas and approaches Qualifications: Exhaustive knowledge of mobile and F2P design fundamentals Extensive knowledge of data-driven design principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to take responsibility and ownership with strong personal initiative Positive attitude and drive to work in a challenging team environment Passion for playing and making games3-5+ years professional design experience About the Role: This is a great opportunity for a skilled Game Designer to contribute to the development of engaging and interactive experiences The ideal candidate will be passionate about game design and have a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies
