My Whoosh Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Game Designer - Data & Analytics focus My Whoosh Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates My Whoosh is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Game Designer to drive engagement and growth through data-informed decision-making. You will be pivotal in shaping the evolution of our platform by deeply understanding player behavior, identifying opportunities for optimization, and leading the design of features based on robust qualitative and quantitative analysis. Working closely with Producers and the Lead Game Designer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our game systems are not only innovative and enjoyable but also strategically aligned with maximizing user engagement and retention within the virtual cycling environment.What You'll Do: Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Immerse yourself in My Whoosh's telemetry data, identifying key trends, player behaviors, and areas for improvement. Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for design enhancements.Analytical Documentation: Create comprehensive analytical reports, dashboard prototype, and presentations to communicate findings, proposed design changes, and their potential impact to the wider team.Data-Driven Design Leadership: Lead the design of new game features and iterate on existing systems with a strong emphasis on data.
