Step into the magical world of Harry Potter and bring iconic stories to life through innovative retail design. As a Retail Graphic Designer , you’ll play a key role in crafting immersive merchandise experiences that captivate guests and elevate the brand. You’ll be responsible for designing multi-category retail products and packaging for the Harry Potter World expansion, ensuring every item reflects the magic and authenticity of the franchise. Creative Design & Development Design a wide range of consumer products and packaging. Conduct market research to inspire new product ideas. Create digital and print-ready designs aligned with Harry Potter IP guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to conceptualize compelling merchandise. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with VM, Retail Merchandise, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive design execution. Maintain a collaborative and team-oriented approach. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships across departments and with external stakeholders. Ensure clear communication and follow-up throughout the design process. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field. 5–7 years of experience in product design across multiple retail categories. Proven experience working with licensed IPs, especially Harry Potter. Proficiency in CAD, Illustrator, Sketch, and other design tools. Strong understanding of brand guidelines and user experience.
