This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality. Your linguistic skills will enable our Arabic-speaking guests to feel comfortable and valued from the moment they step into our establishment. With attention to detail and a proactive approach, you will handle guest inquiries, manage bookings, and navigate any challenges that may arise, while representing our brand with integrity and enthusiasm.Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.Provide assistance to guests in both English and Arabic languages.Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and politely.Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs effectively.Maintain updated records of bookings and guest information accurately.Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.Handle all guest correspondence and communication with professionalism.Ensure the front desk is neat, tidy, and well-organized at all times.Handle payment transactions accurately and in a secure manner.Assist in administrative tasks, including processing and filing paperwork.Uphold the confidentiality of all guest information and sensitive data.Requirements Proficiency in Englis speaking and writing skills.Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.Friendly demeanor, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail are essential.Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
