Job Description - Housekeeping Attendant (HOT0AXL2)Job Number: HOT0AXL2Work Location: Double Tree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, Marjan Island Blvd., Ras Al Khaimah 1468A Housekeeping Attendant will support all Housekeeping and Laundry services by addressing guest requests, analyzing each request, and delegating tasks among team members to ensure efficient and timely service, thereby providing an exceptional experience for our guests.What will I be doing?As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will assist the Housekeeping and Laundry teams with daily operations, delegating tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining high standards in Housekeeping and Laundry according to hotel brand standards Monitoring team performance and appearance, emphasizing training and teamwork Providing excellent guest service Managing room availability and coordinating with Floor Housekeeping Supervision Controlling departmental operations such as employee scheduling, key management, linen and uniform handling Checking guest information in CRM to meet preferences and requests promptly Requesting flowers and special linen embroidery for occasions Managing Lost and Found and donations Checking and coordinating laundry uniforms for cleaning or repair Controlling document and personnel traffic within the department, and managing linen releases Processing guest laundry services and monthly laundry expenses Replacing Laundry Attendants during absences What are we looking for?The ideal candidate should embody Hilton's service standards, with qualities such as: Planning and organizational skills Effective communication skills Previous laundry experience Interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Customer service commitment High cleanliness standards Additional advantageous qualities include: Teamwork ability Attention to detail Positive attitude What will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is a leading global hospitality company, offering a range of accommodations from luxury hotels to extended-stay suites.
