Guest Room Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest service, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Main Responsibilities: Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards, ensuring that all areas are immaculate and well-maintained.Making beds, changing linens, replacing towels and amenities, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain the highest level of cleanliness.Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and inspecting rooms to identify any maintenance issues or damages.Additional Duties: Evaluating public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and corridors, to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.Performing regular cleaning tasks on elevators, guest lounges, and other common areas.Maintaining housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.Guest Service and Interaction: Responding promptly to guest requests, such as extra towels or amenities, and handling lost items in a professional and respectful manner.Ensuring guest privacy is respected and adhering to the hotel's confidentiality policies.Laundry and Supply Management: Ensuring fresh linens, towels, and amenities are available at all times.Reporting shortages of supplies to the supervisor for timely replenishment.Safety and Hygiene Compliance: Familiarity with health, hygiene, and safety regulations and adherence to them at all times.Proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Compliance with hotel policies regarding lost and found items.
