Inventory Management Specialist
Description
Job Summary The Stock Keeper is responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, storage and issuance of merchandise in a retail setting.Receive merchandise and verify its accuracy through physical and electronic counting.Inspect the quality of received products to identify any damage or discrepancies.Organize and store items in the warehouse according to shop procedure to ensure timely access and release.Coordinate the cleaning of the warehouse with designated personnel.Participate in inventory management and report end-of-day inventory status to supervisors.Assist sales staff in replenishing stock on shelves to maintain product availability.Report any suspected theft or loss prevention issues to the Loss Prevention department.Key Responsibilities To manage the receipt, storage and issuance of merchandise accurately and efficiently.To inspect and verify the quality of received products.To organize and maintain the warehouse in accordance with shop procedures.To coordinate the cleaning of the warehouse.To participate in inventory management and reporting.To assist sales staff in maintaining product availability.To report any security incidents.Requirements1-2 years of experience in a similar field.Fluency in English language.
