The duties and responsibilities of a hair care specialist encompass many aspects, including customer service, technical expertise, and product knowledge. The general duties include: Welcoming customers and ensuring they’re comfortable. Keeping up-to-date knowledge of different types of hair treatments (such as Argan, Keratin, Rebonding). Advising clients on suitable treatments. Washing, conditioning, and applying treatments. Cleaning workstations and sanitising equipment throughout the day. Maintaining an adequate inventory of hair products and tools. Desired Candidate Profile: Good verbal communication skills to effectively advise clients. The ability to work a flexible schedule. Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Physical stamina to handle long hours on their feet. Good time management skills to ensure clients are not kept waiting.
