Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in a fast-paced workshop environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring all work is completed to high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering results in a dynamic environment.Main Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all workshop operations, including dismantling, inspection, refurbishment, and reassembly of crane components/assemblies.Assign tasks to workshop technicians and monitor their performance to ensure deadlines are met.Conduct quality checks at various stages of the refurbishment process.Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.At least 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of offshore pedestal cranes, including hydraulic systems, winches, and structural components.Certifications in relevant technical or trade areas (e.g., crane maintenance, hydraulics, or welding) are an advantage.Benefits: A competitive salary package and benefits.An opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.A chance to develop your technical and leadership skills.Others: This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.The ideal candidate will be flexible to work extended hours during peak project periods and manage on-call responsibilities during critical projects.
