QC Supervisor – Mechanical

Diploma, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, or any Graduation Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all quality control activities related to mechanical and welding works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards. Conduct inspections for steel structural fabrication, including jackets, modules, and tubular components. Implement quality assurance and quality control plans, ITPs, and maintain relevant documentation. Liaise with third-party inspection agencies and client representatives. Lead the QA/QC team on site, overseeing NDT, welding inspections, and fabrication checks. Review WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications; ensure proper storage and handling of welding consumables. Monitor and record welding parameters and procedures during fabrication. Ensure all inspections and test records are accurately documented. Desired Candidate Profile Key Requirements: Nationality: Indian Experience: 12–15 years in Oil & Gas sector, specifically in testing, inspection, and structural steel fabrication Industry Keywords: Structural fabrication, jacket, module, tubular welding Certification: CBT passed candidates only.
