We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Sales Executive to join our busy and growing Corporate Dubai Team.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, engaging with C-level executives, and presenting customized FX solutions. Your role will be crucial in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will have the full support of the Head of Corporate to help you perform and develop your career.Sales Role Responsibilities Exhibit GC values: accountability, passion, integrity, excellence, collaboration and personalisation. Accountable for understanding Consumer Duty policy and procedures; partnering and collaborating within the team to achieve set standards. New Business Acquisition: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through targeted sales and networking efforts. Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow a diverse client base. Client Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with C-level executives across various sectors via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Clearly communicate the benefits of our FX solutions and build lasting relationships. Client Needs Assessment: Understand clients' business models and their key challenges. Provide insightful guidance on how our FX solutions can address their specific needs and contribute to their success. Solution Presentation: Develop and present tailored FX solutions to clients. Learn and master the development of these solutions independently over time. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting enterprise clients. Utilize this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B commercial role, with a strong foundation in sales or client engagement. Career Ambition: Demonstrated desire to grow into a professional sales role with a proactive approach to career development. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Relationship Building: Enjoy building new relationships and easily establish rapport with clients and stakeholders. Language: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
