Description
Drive both related party and local sales, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.Maintain Net Gross Profit (GP) above agreed target levels on a consistent basis.Monitor and track sales KPIs; provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.2. Auction Management: Plan, organize, and execute monthly auctions for secondary pipes to optimize inventory turnover and revenue.Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely auction processing and fulfilment.3. Market Intelligence & Business Development: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences across MENA.Provide actionable insights and reports on new product opportunities and market needs to drive product innovation and business growth.Identify new markets, new customer segments, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment on sales and delivery commitments.Engage with related parties to optimize sales synergies and manage inter-company transactions effectively.5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, agents, and distributors in the region.Resolve customer queries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.6.
