The Sales Executive will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, presenting our interior design services, and building strong relationships with customers. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Your persuasive communication skills, combined with a passion for design, will contribute to the success and reputation of our company in the market. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES E 20% - Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, conduct market research, and generate new leads to expand the client base. E 20% - Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, preferences, and project requirements to offer tailored interior design solutions that align with their vision. E 20% - Presentation and Proposal: Prepare detailed and compelling design proposals, including cost estimates and timelines, to win the deal. E 20% - Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets by actively pursuing business opportunities and closing deals. E 20% - Sales Strategy Development: Develop effective sales strategies, including identifying key target markets and devising unique selling propositions. E 20% - Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates to track progress and performance. E 20% - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups. E 20% - Negotiation and Contract Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement, and handle contract closures. E 10% - Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in our services. E 10% - Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with architects, contractors, and industry professionals to foster repeat business and referrals. E 10% - Networking and Industry Events: Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote the company’s services and expand the client network. M 10% - CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress. M 10% - Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional client experiences. Knowledge Good to have courses in sales, marketing, communication, or negotiation. Strong Sales skills. Strong Communication and negotiation Skills. Organizational and Time Management. Customer Oriented. Expected Attention to details. MS Office: Particularly confident Excel user, Effective Business writing in MS Outlook is a must. Problem Solving and Decision making. Adaptability and Flexibility. Confidentiality. IMPACT ON COMPANY / ORGANIZATIONAL MISSION Positive: The Sales Executive role drives revenue growth and fosters strong client relationships, contributing to the company’s success and market presence. Negative: Not meeting the standards, failing to use sound judgment will result in erroneous implementations causing reputation and operational damage.
