As part of our international growth, we are expanding into the UAE market, bringing with us strong technical expertise, a proven model, and a clear long-term vision for sustainable energy.To support our market entry and local operations in Dubai, we are recruiting a Strategic Business Developer who will be directly involved in setting up and structuring the business from the ground up.This is a unique opportunity to join an international company during its launch phase in the UAE, and play a central role in building its local presence.This position goes far beyond sales – we are looking for someone who can develop the business model, handle licensing and regulatory setup, and build the operational team.Skills Key Responsibilities Structure and adapt our European B2C solar business model to fit the UAE residential market Manage the process of obtaining all required licenses, accreditations, and regulatory approvals Build operational processes for customer service, installation, and after-sales support Lead the recruitment of qualified technical and commercial staff Define the go-to-market strategy, including pricing, customer acquisition, and positioning Act as the local point of contact for legal, marketing, and technical coordination with headquarters Ensure all steps align with the company's quality and brand standards Your Profile Previous experience launching or structuring a business, ideally in energy, solar, construction, or tech Familiar with UAE administrative, legal, and regulatory procedures Entrepreneurial and autonomous, capable of working independently and reporting to European HQFluent in English; Arabic is a plus Excellent organizational, execution, and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
