As part of our international growth strategy, we are seeking a Strategic Business Developer to set up and structure our local operations in Dubai.This is a unique opportunity to join an international company during its launch phase in the UAE and play a central role in building our local presence.This position goes beyond sales – we are looking for someone who can develop the business model, handle licensing and regulatory setup, and build operational teams.Key Responsibilities Adapt our European B2C solar business model to fit the UAE residential market Manage licenses, accreditations, and regulatory approvals Build operational processes for customer service, installation, and after-sales support Lead recruitment of qualified staff Define go-to-market strategy, including pricing, customer acquisition, and positioning Act as local point of contact for legal, marketing, and technical coordination with headquarters Ensure all steps align with quality and brand standards Your Profile Prior experience launching or structuring a business, ideally in energy, solar, construction, or tech Familiarity with UAE administrative, legal, and regulatory procedures Entrepreneurial and autonomous, capable of working independently and reporting to HQFluent English; Arabic a plus Excellent organizational, execution, and communication skills Benefits A chance to be part of an international team shaping the future of sustainable energy in the UAE.This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and opportunities for growth and development.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
