We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with best practices and company policies, and providing exceptional support to employees.Job Description: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing resumes to issuing contracts Ensure onboarding process is completed for all new hires Initiate medical, Emirate ID, and residence visa applications Update job descriptions, organizational charts, and forms Manage employee files and ensure compliance with Accor policy Conduct interviews and reference checks for level 1-4 positions Maintain notice boards and update weekly arrivals list Organize INES recruitment trainings and monthly engagement activities Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in HR role within a 5-star hotel Post-secondary education Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Benefits: Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and high standard of social skills Promote good inter-departmental relations Demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance Adhere to company rules and regulations Others: Promote diversity and inclusion Support senior management in achieving business objectives
