Overview Audit of Fire Safety Systems in High-Rise Buildings The objective of this comprehensive audit is to assess the operational health, identify deficiencies and provide actionable rectification scope for each system independently.This involves a detailed condition audit covering all fire and life safety systems in LE Revieria Tower. The goal is to support compliance validation, planning of rectification works and reserve fund justification.This role requires coordination with onsite FM team and AMC vendor to ensure that testing does not obstruct building operations or resident movement.Detailed deliverables include: Auditor report System-wise audit report Rectification scope for each system Requirements Coordination and Communication Auditor must be able to coordinate inspection with onsite FM team and AMC vendor.Testing should not obstruct building operations or resident movement.Audit Scope Functional testing of active systems: Fire Alarm Panel – zone triggering, history logs, fault status Manual Call Points (sample-based functional testing)Heat and Smoke Detectors (sample-based with test tools)Voice Evacuation System / PA Interface Fire Pumps – duty, jockey, and standby pump operation Staircase Pressurization Fans and fire mode activation Lift Recall and override verification Central Battery System (CBS): Simulated power failure test Output circuit functionality and voltage checks Visual and panel inspection for alarms/faults Wet Riser System Testing: Static pressure test from breeching inlet to topmost outlet Flow test at sample hose reel/landing valve (upper floors)Visual check for pipe condition, valves, joints, and any visible corrosion Benefits This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop expertise in fire safety systems.Others The auditor will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.The selected candidate will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to commencing work.
