Business Development Opportunity The Business Development Officer is a key member of the company's growth team responsible for cultivating relationships with clients and driving new business opportunities.This dynamic role requires a proactive individual with a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a talent for identifying and converting prospects into long-term partners.As a Business Development Officer, you will play a significant role in increasing revenue by generating leads, managing client portfolios, and developing strategies to secure new contracts.Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company objectives.Identify and evaluate potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and market company services.Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth.Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.Manage and update client and prospect data using CRM software effectively.Participate in industry events and conferences to build professional networks.Liaise with the product development team to ensure customer needs are met.Provide feedback to management on successful business strategies and areas of improvement.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.Ability to develop strategic objectives and drive projects to completion.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and bonuses.
