We cater to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Cement, LNG, Gas Distribution, Pipeline, and Power Industry segments. Our comprehensive range of products and services are designed to meet the specific needs of EPC contractors and End Users.Job Summary: As the Head of Sales for Industrial Process Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and driving our sales efforts in the targeted industries. Your primary objective will be to expand our market share, develop strong relationships with key clients, and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and foster long-term customer partnerships.Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue growth in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Cement, LNG, Gas Distribution, Pipeline, and Power Industry segments.Expand and develop the existing product portfolio/customer base to achieve a 75 million AED top-line by end of 2025.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, providing guidance and support in all aspects of the sales process.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and networking within the industry, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and positioning our solutions as the best fit for their projects.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to the executive team, outlining progress towards goals and areas for improvement.Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote our solutions and services.Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual terms.Work closely with the technical team to provide customers with expert advice, product demonstrations, and technical support during the sales process.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.How to Apply for this Position While a career in business consulting comes with many benefits, it also involves challenges, such as dealing with client expectations, tight deadlines, and continuous adaptation to new industries and technologies.
