Maison Host - Front Office Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Maison Host.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through seamless front office operations, including reception, check-in/out, rooming of guests, foreign exchange, and handling inquiries.Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.Manage front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and foreign exchange services.Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate records and update guest information as necessary.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Qualifications and Requirements: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.Proficiency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS.Benefits: Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Chance to develop skills and advance your career.Competitive salary and benefits package.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maison Host.
