Luxury Hotel Brand We are seeking an experienced ASSISTANT OUTLET MANAGER to join the Food & Beverage team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Dubai.Key Responsibilities: Support the Outlet Manager in daily operations of the restaurant/bar/outlet Maintain the highest levels of service quality and guest satisfaction Train, mentor, and supervise service team members Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cost control Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory F&B role within a luxury hotel or fine dining outlet Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and a passion for hospitality Knowledge of MICROS or similar POS systems Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus One of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian or Russian is a non-negotiable requirement.Salary package: Basic salary approx.
