As a Marketing Manager for Fine Fragrance, you will be an essential member of our team shaping olfactive trends, inspiring clients, and driving creative marketing excellence.Main Responsibilities: Creative Vision and Communication: Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.Collaborate with sales and evaluation teams to establish olfactive directions.Market Expertise and Consumer Intelligence: Develop strong expertise in global fine fragrance markets through continuous research and analysis.Identify and monitor product, format, olfactive, and cultural trends.Leverage tools to stay ahead of consumer shifts and innovation pipelines.Client & Brand Strategy Partnership: Deep dive into customer portfolios and target audiences to identify white-space opportunities.Support account managers by delivering tailored marketing rationales.Co-lead brainstorming workshops and co-creation sessions.Marketing Tools and Development: Initiate and co-design marketing toolkits and trend books.Coordinate and elevate local activations in alignment with global branding.Partner with creative and design teams to develop high-impact visuals and digital content.You'll report to the Fine Fragrance Marketing Director and collaborate closely with various departments while enjoying strong opportunities for professional development.Requirements We're seeking a Marketing Manager with 6+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably with expertise in fine fragrance. Additional experience in related industries is a plus.
