Senior Oracle Hyperion EPM Systems Specialist

About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced system architect to lead our EPM initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong finance background, excellent client-facing communication skills, and hands-on expertise in Oracle Hyperion Suite.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end design, architecture, implementation, enhancement, and production support of complex Oracle Hyperion EPM System solutions. They will work directly with senior government finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable EPM solutions.Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership & Solution Design: Lead the design, architecture, implementation, enhancement, and production support of Oracle Hyperion EPM System solutions.HFM Specialization: Provide expert-level configuration, development, and optimization of HFM applications.Technical & Functional Advisory: Act as a senior technical and functional advisor to clients and internal teams, guiding them through complex design decisions, performance tuning, and issue resolution.Client Relationship Management & Communication: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, communicating complex technical and financial concepts clearly and persuasively.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Hyperion EPM System Architect, with a dedicated specialization and deep expertise in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).Mandatory experience working with clients in the Government Sector (federal, state, or local government agencies, public sector entities) in a lead architectural capacity.Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is highly preferred, OR MBA in Finance from a reputable institution is required.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated success in client handling, stakeholder management, and building long-term advisory relationships.Benefits This is a key onsite leadership role that requires the ability to shape solution strategy, lead engagements, and drive customer success.
