Posted on 06/19/2025 Job Title: Lead Oracle Hyperion EPMSystem Architect (HFM Specialist) We are seeking an experienced andresults-driven Oracle Hyperion EPM System Architect with deepspecialization in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to lead EPMinitiatives for our clients in Dubai, UAE .The ideal candidate should possess a strong finance background, excellentclient-facing communication skills, hands-on expertise in Oracle Hyperion Suitewith a professional background as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or an MBAin Finance . Experience and working knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloudsolutions is highly desirable. This is a key onsite leadership role thatrequires the ability to shape solution strategy, lead engagements, and drivecustomer success.Key Responsibilities: Architectural Leadership & Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, implementation,enhancement & Production Support of complex Oracle Hyperion EPM Systemsolutions, with a primary focus on HFM for large-scale sectorclients. Ensure solutions align with strategic business objectives,regulatory compliance (including IFRS/GAAP), and best practices.HFM Specialization: Provideexpert-level configuration, development, and optimization of HFMapplications, including dimension design, rule writing, data forms,financial reports, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, andcomplex consolidation methodologies.Technical & Functional Advisory: Act as a senior technical and functional advisor to clientsand internal teams, guiding them through complex design decisions,performance tuning, and issue resolution within the Hyperion EPM Systemlandscape.Act as the primary point of contact for the client’sfinance and IT teams, ensuring solution alignment and stakeholdersatisfaction.Client Relationship Management & Communication: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationshipswith senior client stakeholders. Communicate complex technical andfinancial concepts clearly and persuasively, leading strategicdiscussions, workshops, and presentations.Account Growth & Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities for expanding the scope of EPM services within existing client accounts. Collaborate with sales andleadership teams to develop and execute strategies for account growth,demonstrating the tangible value of our solutions.Project Management Support: Providearchitectural oversight and guidance to project managers, ensuringadherence to design principles, quality standards, and project timelines.Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer: Mentor and guide junior architects and consultants, fosteringtheir professional development and contributing to the overall knowledgebase of the team.Quality Assurance: Oversee andconduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance tuning ofimplemented solutions to ensure robustness and accuracy.Oracle EPM Cloud Acumen (Desirable): Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Oracle EPM Cloud(e.g., FCCS, EPBCS) and provide insights into potential migrationstrategies or hybrid solutions where beneficial for clients. Providestrategic advisory on modernization initiatives, including the adoptionof Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPBCS) . Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Hyperion EPMSystem Architect , with a dedicatedspecialization and deep expertise in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) across multiple full lifecycle implementations.Mandatory experience working with clients in the Sector (federal, state, or local agencies, public sector entities) in a lead architectural capacity.Demonstrated understanding of public sector financial processes, auditingstandards, and reporting needs, preferably in the GCC region.Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is highly preferred, ORMBA in Finance from a reputableinstitution is required.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonalskills. Proven ability to engage effectivelywith C-level executives, finance leaders, and technical teams, lead clientengagements, conduct workshops, etc.Demonstrated success in client handling, stakeholdermanagement, and building long-term advisory relationships. Proven track record of actively contributing to and drivingcustomer account growth , identifyingupsell/cross-sell opportunities, and translating technical solutions intobusiness value.Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles,intercompany eliminations, multi-currency consolidations, and complexbusiness rules within HFM.In-depth understanding of data integration, automation, experiencewith other Hyperion EPM components (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Essbase,FDMEE, Smart View) and EPM Automate.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-makingabilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in adynamic, client-facing environment.Fluency in English is essential Must be willing to work onsite in Dubai , with travelreadiness as required.
