A leading organisation seeks a skilled Rewards Manager to join their HR team.Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a holistic compensation strategy, integrating salary, benefits, and career development.Implement compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring consistency and compliance across all business units.Guide job evaluations and maintain alignment with the organisational grading system.Oversee the implementation of compensation structures, including salaries, bonuses, and incentives.Innovate and manage benefits portfolios to enhance employee well-being and engagement.Lead salary reviews, merit increment processes, and utilise analytics for competitive rewards positioning.Create and update policies related to compensation and benefits, ensuring regulatory compliance.Collaborate with HR teams to effectively communicate rewards programs, enhancing employee understanding and engagement.Manage relationships with benefits providers, negotiating cost-effective solutions.Analyse compensation and benefits data to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role in compensation and benefits management.Strong analytical and communication skills.Familiarity with labour laws, reward practices, and compensation structures.Proficiency with compensation and data analytic software/tools.
