Business Development Manager We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy in the GCC region. As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and supporting our overall business objectives.Your primary responsibilities will include: Promoting our services as the contractor of choice for Survey ROV and Geotechnical services in the GCC.Assisting in the identification and research of potential clients and market opportunities within the GCC.Participating actively in the bidding process.SUPPORTING business development strategies aimed at increasing our market presence and revenue.BUILDING and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Collaborating with the commercial and business development team to prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.Representing our company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.Monitoring industry trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive.To be successful in this role, you will require: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Geosciences, Environmental Science, or a related field.No less than 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (internships or entry-level positions welcome).5-10 years of experience in the marine survey industry.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about the geotechnical and geosciences sectors.The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Knowledge of the GCC market is a plus.Fluency in English.Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.What We Offer As a Business Development Manager at our organization, you can expect: A dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact.Rewarding conditions, including a competitive salary and more.A warm welcome to our team, ensuring you feel at home from the start.Opportunities for career development, including access to online courses in our Boskalis academy.The chance to join Young Boskalis during social events and engaging activities, fostering networking and knowledge sharing.About This Opportunity You will be based in our office in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, working full-time in this exciting role.
