Our team seeks a highly skilled Culinary Professional to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production staff, monitoring workflow continuity, and preventing operational delays. They must also ensure that all assigned tasks are completed within set time frames, minimizing wastage and optimizing resource utilization.To achieve this goal, they will need to verify that dishes meet brand specifications, including weight, presentation, and accuracy. This includes ensuring proper labeling, dating, and storage of food products.The successful candidate will be expected to maintain strict hygiene standards, oversee purchasing and receiving procedures, and ensure timely deliveries. They will also be responsible for implementing work procedures, reporting non-conformities, and proposing solutions when immediate correction is not possible.Furthermore, they will need to identify solutions to operational problems proactively, take corrective actions, and keep senior management informed about daily production, encountered issues, and resolutions.Requirements We require a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.A minimum of 5 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional areas is essential.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of one or more cuisines, such as Italian, Lebanese, Mexican, Bakery, Oriental, International, Butchery, or Hot and Cold sections.Excellent communication, management, planning, organizing, and analytical skills are mandatory.
