We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of a KG Teacher Assistant. To be successful in this position, you should possess any Bachelor's degree and have patience and understanding, especially when working with young children.The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, both with students and with teachers and staff, as well as experience in assisting with classroom management.Key Responsibilities Assist the teacher in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment Support the teacher in planning and delivering lessons Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the classroom Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patient and understanding attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in teaching or assisting in a kindergarten setting Knowledge of child development principles and practices Working Conditions The successful candidate must be physically present in the UAE and preference will be given to those who can join immediately.
