This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future of aquatics education by delivering high-quality training programmes, mentoring swimming professionals, and upholding the standards of excellence Hamilton Aquatics is known for. If you're a motivated educator with a strong background in aquatics, training, and quality assurance, we’d love to hear from you.Key Objectives: Prepare for and deliver the annual calendar of Swim England Level 1 and Level 2 courses.Prepare and deliver an annual calendar of STA Swim Teaching qualifications Deliver monthly staff training, fulfilling HT contractual obligations.Liaise with the Training Admin and Marketing Assistant to ensure the smooth running of all courses and monthly training.Maintain comprehensive records in relation to course delivery.Conduct and record swimming teacher/coach audits Generate leads and arrange meetings to increase growth.Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours Desired Qualifications: Qualified Swim England Tutor Qualified First Aid Instructor NEBOSH, IOSH or NPMQDesired Experience: Previous experience as a swimming school coordinator, an experienced senior swimming teacher, a club coach or a Swim England development officer.High level of technical knowledge in one or more disciplines.Passionate about aquatics, with the desire to give something back to your sport Experienced in mentoring or supporting other teachers and coaches Well-respected in your discipline Experienced in delivering training or development sessions to adults Innovative in your approach to education and training.In-depth knowledge of regional laws and regulations Job-Specific Knowledge and Skills: Training and Development skills Quality Assurance skills Customer service and relationship management skills Maintaining confidentiality What we offer: A Tax-free salary of £31,000 - £36,000 (GBP) per annum (dependent on exchange rate)Private medical insurance and end-of-service benefits Professional development opportunities, including continuing professional development (CPD) and collaboration with experienced coaches and educators A supportive team environment with a history of success in aquatics training Access to lifestyle discounts How to apply If you are ready to inspire the next generation of swimming professionals as a Swim Teaching Educator & Quality Assurance Officer with Hamilton Aquatics, please submit your application careers@hamiltontraining.ae .
